HOW MUCH DO WE SPEND ON OUR OWN MENTAL HEALTH CARE MAINTENANCE 

 

No Referral from a GP is necessary -

However if you do talk to your GP they may want to provide some focus reason for your visit to Counselling and may provide some written information in the form of a referral to guide the therapy.

 

Sessions are one hour and require booking:- THIS IS ESSENTIAL

Currently face to face sessions are only available on Saturday between 9am and 4 pm.

​

Single sessions - face to face cost $130 for one full hour (on site in Runaway Bay)

Extended sessions (if available) cost an additional $100 hr. (if delivered on the same day following the initial session)

Multi pre paid sessions are $120 hr. (per session) for 3 - 6 sessions - pre booked and prepaid.

All Zoom and phone sessions are $110 hr. (or part thereof) Available Monday to Saturday at pre arranged times

Visits to your premises (within 20kms of Runaway Bay) may be considered upon request and would be charged at $190 hr. (no multi session discounts would apply)

Note: Outside of session times you will not be able to call at "anytime" for therapy.
