Yes I know we all dislike the terms and conditions - however:

Cancellations cost - its a simple as that - not only time and money, it can prevent someone else from getting help.

So if you need to cancel - PLEASE NOTE

Notification of 48hrs is required for a full refund

Between 24 and 48hrs a 50% fee will be required

Within 24hrs - no refund will be provided (unless in extreme circumstances)

Also - be aware, Counselling services are not covered by Medicare

Some healthcare funds may provide some fee relief - please check with your fund.

Counselling sessions are confidential - and are based on a mutual understanding of delivery of service and outcomes - a Counselling contract will be provided before sessions can commence.

Behaviour - everyone deserves to be treated with respect and "go home safe" 

Poor behaviour including abuse of ANY type - will not be tolerated, sessions will be terminated and offending clients refused continued service.
